Naan Bread

Ingredients
  1. 150ml warm milk
  2. 2 teaspoons castor sugar
  3. 2 teaspoons dried yeast
  4. 500g plain flour
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 2 tablespoons extra light olive oil +a little extra oil
  8. 150ml plain yoghurt
  9. 1 large egg, lightly beaten
Instructions
  1. Put the milk in the bowl.Add 1 teaspoon of the sugar and yeast. Stir to mix. Set aside for 15~20 minutes.
  2. Sift the plain flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Add the remaining 1 teaspoon sugar, the yeast mixture, the 2 tablespoons olive oil, the yoghurt, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the egg. Mix and form a ball of dough.
  3. Put the dough on to a clean work surface and knead it for 10 minutes or more until it is smooth. Form into a ball. Pour about 1 teaspoon oil into a large bowl and roll the ball of dough in it. Cover the bowl with a damp tea towel and set aside in warm place for 1~3 hours or until the dough has doubles in size.
  4. Get your oven ready to the highest temperature. (inside oven will be white.)
  5. Punch down the dough and knead it again for 1 minute. Divide into 5~7 balls. Roll this ball into a tear shaped naan. Use rolling pin. Makes naan about 2~3mm thick.
  6. Cook naan direct on to brick for about 20~50 seconds on both side. (Depending on the temperature.)
  7. Serve with your favourite Indian Curry.

Cheese Kransky Stuffed Pizza Crust

Ingredients
  1. 1 Packet of cheese kransky (We use ”Gotzinger” Brand from Woolworths)
  2. Home made Pizza Base (About pizza paddle size)
Instructions
  1. Make home made pizza base (use our pizza dough recipe if you like) extra big.
  2. Fold extended edge of dough over kransky, push firmly to seal.
  3. Top with your favourite toppings,cook in the pizza oven.
Notes
  1. *Pizza base will be heavy so light toppings are recommended.
  2. *Try to make pizza base fit on the pizza paddle. If it’s too big, it will be hard to handle pizza.

Pizza Dough

Ingredients
  1. Ingredients - Make thin 4 large pizza base
  2. 1 Package(about 7g)Dry Yeast
  3. 1 cup(250ml)Warm Water
  4. 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  5. 2 teaspoons of Sugar
  6. 1 teaspoon of Salt
  7. 2 & Half cups of Baker’s Flour
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the Dry yeast in the warm water. Leave for 10 min.
  2. Add the oil, sugar, salt and 2 cups of flour. Gradually mix the ingredients together using a wooden spoon.
  3. Stir in remaining flour to form a soft dough.Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.(approx 5~8 min.)
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover. Let dough rest for 1 hour.
  5. On a Well-floured surface,roll the dough with rolling pin. (if its not well-floured, pizza base will stick on the pizza oven)

Teriyaki Chicken Pizza

Teriyaki Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
  1. 1 Whole of Chicken Breast
  2. Mozzarella Cheese
  3. Corn Flour
  4. 6 tbsp of Soy sauce (Recommend Kikkoman Brand)
  5. 6 tbsp of Mirin
  6. 6 tbsp of sugar
  7. Japanese Mayonnaise
  8. Nori Seaweed
  9. Sliced Onion and Mushroom
Instructions
  1. Combine the soy sauce,mirin and sugar.
  2. Cut the chicken into 2cm cubes and toss in the corn flour.
  3. Heat the oil in frying pan over medium heat,add the chicken and cook for 2~3 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Turn the heat off (it’ll stop burning teriyaki sauce)and add the soy sauce mix into the pan.
  5. Turn the heat on,turning chicken constantly until well coated with slightly thickened sauce.
  6. Keep chicken and sauce in the fridge till cool down.
  7. Place chicken and sauce on pizza base.
  8. Top with the mozzarella cheese,onion and mushroom.
  9. Cook pizza in the woodfired pizza oven.
  10. Drizzle Japanese mayonnaise and sprinkle strips of nori seaweed
Notes
  1. (You ‘ll find Mirin, Japanese Mayonnaise and Nori at a Supermarket in the Asian food Section)

Garlic Prawn Pizza

  1. 15 - 20 Raw Prawns Peeled
  2. Mozzarella Cheese
  3. Tomato Pizza Sauce
  4. Sliced Onion, Capsicum and Mushroom (optional)
  5. Marinade
  6. 3 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
  7. 1 Tablespoon of Roasted Garlic Flakes
  8. 1 Tablespoon of Dried Chilli Flakes
  9. 1 Teaspoon of Mixed Herbs
  10. 1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. For the marinade,combine olive oil,herbs,chilli and garlics in a large bowl.
  2. Place prawns in the marinade,keep in the fridge for over night.
  3. Spread tomato sauce on pizza base.
  4. Place prawns and vegetables.
  5. Top with the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cook pizza in the woodfired pizza oven.
